2 Rolls X 3000mm Roller Automatic Flatwork Ironer

The Supershine SFW-R/232 is a twin-roll automatic flatwork ironer designed for demanding high-volume linen finishing operations in hotels, hospitals, and large-scale industrial laundries. Two 800mm diameter stainless steel rollers with galvanised transfer rollers work in tandem to deliver ironing speeds of up to 15 metres per minute, making it well suited for continuous production environments. The 300-degree roller contact arc on each roll expands the effective heating area, improving energy efficiency without compromising finish quality. Frequency-conversion speed control allows fine-tuned adjustment to suit different fabric types, and the machine is compatible with electric, gas, or steam heating at a maximum operating temperature of 180°C.
